This project is cooperated with Palaplast S.A. which is a company focused in irrigation, plumbing, heating and cable protection products. The Project focuses on designing a complete innovative strategy that uses a product service system that could show the irrigation process from another point of view, and could communicate with the final customers with a different approach than the traditional, solving needs and expectations for both. The main goal is to jump from the typical business model of a product development company to a possible communicational concept that make the customer understand how a system can be more productive. The aim is designing a strategy that can improve the communication between the company and the consumer, transforming cultural issues from obstacles to opportunities to increase sales (in a qualitative & quantitative way), taking consumers’ lifestyle to another level of experience by experience design.
